Refund and cancellation policy

LoopinCard is a digital subscription service. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery or return charges.

Free plan and trials

The Free plan costs nothing. Trials are free and you are never charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time through our contact form or by calling +91 85559 67330, mentioning your shop name.
• Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for; you are not charged again.
• Your card, customers and stamps stay safe on the Free plan after a paid plan ends (within Free plan limits).

Refunds

• Monthly plans: not refundable for the month already started.
• Yearly plans: cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment for a full refund. After that, the year is not refundable.
• Charged in error or twice: refunded in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
